I bought my home in May 2013- It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath town home. I went back and forth between a house or town home but in the end, being a single female, I knew I would feel much safer in this type of community and have NO yard work :) there is nothing like waking up to the sound of lawn mowers and weed eaters on the weekend and knowing you're not the one out there. My dog still has a little yard in the courtyard to do his business and we take strolls around the neighborhood.
This is my home the day I did my walk-through prior to closing. I had a few specific request with my builder; a farmhouse sink, subway tile, a pocket door in master, and stone fireplace. I scoured Pinterest and home decor blogs to get ready for my design consultation. I was wanting a nice neutral space so that my ever changing style would always fit in. I went with gray walls throughout and a blue-gray in the kitchen and living room.
